The west coast cottage has 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and one with 2 single beds (80x200 cm) plus a bunk bed (80x200). In the living room there is a kitchen, dining area and sofa. There is room for a travel cot, high chair and it is possible to bring in the pram. Max 100 meters to the sea. Free parking.

The Boathouse Cottage for 7 is 19 sq.m. (204,5 sq. ft) with a sleeping loft of 19 sq.m, and has been decorated to resamble a genuine boathouse. Most suitable for families with children 4 years and older and for 2-5 adults who like to stay together. Downstairs is a room with a television and a kitchenette, as well as an bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a sofa and a table where you can eat or socialise. The sofa can be folded out to make a double bed (160 cm wide, 5’2). The sleeping loft is diveded into two rooms , one has a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), and the other has three single beds (80x200 cm). The cottage also has a TV, covered patio, free parking and free wifi.

Most suitable for families with children 4 years and up and for 2-4 adults that like to stay together. Children like using the sleeping loft as a playroom! 

The Boathouse Cottage for 6 people is 13 sq.m. with a sleeping loft of 13 sq.m. and has been designed to resamble a real boathouse. Downstairs is a room with a kitchenette, an covered outdoor seating area, as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a sofa and a table where you can eat or socialise. The sofa can be folded out to make a double bed (140 cm wide). The sleeping loft has four beds (80x200 cm). Free parking and free wifi.

Most suitable for families with children 4 years and up and for 2-3 adults that like to stay together. The Boathouse Cottage for 5 people is 10 sq.m. with a sleeping loft of 10 sq.m or loft beds. and has been designed to resamble a real boathouse. Downstairs is a room with a kitchenette, an covered outdoor seating area, as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a sofa and a table where you can eat or socialise. The sofa can be folded out to make a double bed (120 cm wide). Free parking and free wifi.

The cottage is located with a nice sea view! Best for families with children aged 4 and up or 1-4 adults. Sjöbodstugan is 12 square meters and cleverly planned to fit a lot in a small area.

Most suitable for couples or single travelers. The Boathouse Cottage for 2 is only 6 sq.m. with a sleeping loft of 6 sq.m. Downstairs is a room with a kitchenette, a small table and 3 foldable chairs, a bathroom with toilet and cold water (showers and sauna in the service building) as well as an covered outdoor seating area. The sleeping loft has two mattresses (80x200 cm). Note that the steps to the loft are steep and not suitable for small children or if you have troubles climbing. Free parking and free wifi.

Our Beach Cottages are no more than 20 metres from the water, right next to the beach, playground and crabbing pier. They are close enough to let the children go crabbing by themselves. The busy pier and beach and the many boats travelling along the Soten Canal mean that there is always something to watch from the patio. Note that the sea view is limited because caravans are standing between the cottage and the sea. WC and showers in a service building within 100 metres from the cottage.

Suitable for couples or the single traveler. The Mini Cottage is our smallest cottage - probably the smallest cottage you can find anywhere! 

All are within 100 metres from the sea.  The caravan with tent is 10 sq. m and has room for 4 persons. To live in a caravan is something which is especially appreciated by children.
